Class schedule for March:
Classes are scheduled based on enrollment and are catered to members' needs. You need not be a member to join the classes. Fees are calculated and paid by session length.
Our classes are small [3 to 6 people]. This allows Emily to adapt the exercises in class to your exercise level. All classes are taught with adaptations from beginner to advanced levels where appropriate.

How about a personalized workout focused on your own needs and goals?
There are some who benefit from individual attention from a trainer. We offer a personal training component also. If you are the type of person who needs an appointment to make sure you get the exercise or are just starting out, you will benefit from one to one sessions. One on one instruction with a certified personal trainer will ensure that you have the proper form and motivation to exercise safely and reach your goals. The instruction is planned exactly for you and your skills. The trainer is focused on you and your needs. Some of our clients have been training with us for years. The benefit is clear. You progress safely and gain an understanding of correct, balanced muscle use in the gym setting and in your everyday activities. As you get stronger, your program is adjusted accordingly. The results are improved cardiovascular/respiratory health as well as increased muscle strength and flexibility. A variety of fitness equipment and tools are used. Your workouts never become stale or boring. Recovering from minor or major physical issues or surgery is difficult. This type of training works with your physician or physical therapist to continue your recovery post-treatment based on their recommendations.
