Darcy Cooper is the owner, a personal fitness trainer who is certified by the American Council on Exercise [ACE], conducts individual or group personal training appointments, and also is the instructor for the Tuesday night classes. She has been in the fitness field for over 20 years.
Darcy and her staff are always available and happy to answer questions about workouts and equipment, help the novice or seasoned exerciser make the most of her time and energy, and introduce members to the variety of fitness and cardio equipment.
Darcy specializes in helping women find the correct workout series and progress safely through a healthy program. Previous experience is never needed. Helping you keep track of the exercises and the next step in safe exercise progression is included in your membership.
Emily Brown is a certified trainer and group instructor through ACE and is one of our instructors. She has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Exercise Science and a Masters in Occupational Therapy. She has over 11 years of experience in the fitness field. Our classes are small allowing us to adapt the exercises in class to your individual level. We have strength training and PIYO Live classes.
Terry Kee has over 11 years of experience in the fitness business. Terry will help members stay on track with their workouts and make suggestions for additional exercises. She will also explain the variety of equipment we have available and how to use them.
ALL EMPLOYEES HOLD CURRENT
Maggie has over 7 years of experience as our mascot/greeter. As a small poodle/terrier, she is always ready to demonstrate stretches and loves to share her toys!
She does, however, leave you alone to complete your workout.
